| Twister Tournament On Thursday, May 8 starting at 7:00 p.m. WPRI Channel 12's Erin Kennedy and Mike Montecalvo are hosting a firefighter Twister Tournament. Women pay $25 to play Twister with firefighters from all over RI and Southeastern MA. Proceeds support the Providence Firefighters Burn Foundation, being established at Rhode Island Hospital by Dr. David Harrington, the doc who worked on many of the Station Fire victims, who wanted to create the foundation so that the state is better able to help burn victims in the future. | Memories Cookbook The Station Family Fund (SFF) is launching another fundraiser in the form of a Memories Cookbook and we need your help! |
Some of the best times we share with our loved ones are during a meal, whether it's for a special occasion, holiday, or a trip to your favorite ice cream shop. By creating a Memories Cookbook, the SFF is hoping to help families hold onto those special times. Our goal is to give each person that perished in The Station nightclub fire one page that will include a photo, a brief story, and their favorite recipe.
